These people are crooks. My wife and I move every year or so due to my work. We have rented many times over the years. Until dealing with Century 21 Signature Realty, we had always gotten our full Security Deposit. With them, they withheld $150 for windows blinds that were never there, and $205 for bushes that they claim were not trimmed. Unbelievable! To top it off, they refused to come out and do a service visit for the gas fireplace. I had to pay for someone to come out. Turned out the fireplace was leaking gas the whole ... read more
