They suck (pun intended). I have to wait 90 days to buy the house I’m interested in because some advisors got my niece whose licensed under them to believe that she couldn’t or shouldn’t renegotiate the 3% brokers fee. Never use them. Any company that would advise a new realtor to hardball a contract with family is filled with vampires (metaphorically speaking) . I can’t wait for our next family function.
This is a wonderful office. Realtors are friendly and welcoming. They are ready and willing to answer all you real estate questions. They are extremely knowledgeable about market conditions.
