Eric is friendly yet intellectually honest when it comes to buying and selling homes. Its easy to see he has a real passion for his line of work. He has made this all the more evident by using portion of his commissions to be donated to a charity of his clients choice. You can't ask for a more well hearted trustworthy realtor.
This is the worst landlord I have ever had. They are rude and it takes forever to get things fixed. I always have to tell them multiple times when I am having an issue. Currently, I am still waiting for them to finish taking care of the mold that has appeared on all of my vents (it has been at least a month since I first told them about it). Do not rent from these people.
