If I can give them a 0 Stars i would. It’s because of businesses with people like these that people lose hope! Wendy Tejeda and her “boss” Richard scaring people into taking legal Actions and suing you if you decide to try and save your home instead of selling. Be careful with these people. They “short sale” your homes way below market value so their own team members can purchase your homes so they can flip them and make double the profits.
