Worst broker to join EVER. If you’re starting out as a realtor, do NOT join this brokerage. It’s such an MLM scam. They make you pay a monthly fee, but provide you with no resources included with that fee. They pretend like they willing to help you through advice, but then they take your money and go golfing on weekdays. The top brokers just want to keep you so they can get a cut of money from you even if you don’t have clients. The agents are shady too.
