Just bought a manufactured home whose seller's agent was Abraham Pedraza with this brokerage. He consistently missed deadlines that were in our contract, didn't communicate with my agent, and I'm pretty sure he also didn't communicate with the sellers either. My agent ended up having to get the brokers involved in order to even finish the sale. Terrible service. Untrained realtors. Takes days to get ahold of anyone who can offer any sort of help, and that's after being lied to, belittled, and degraded. I hate to leave a review like this, but I don't want other people to end up in a situation like I have been put in.
I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the way Century 21 handled this situation. From upper management, to the front end staff, they all handled this with professionalism and class. Lesson learned: There are a few bad apples in every organization. Fortunately, this bad apple didn't ruin this bunch. Way to go, Century 21!
This office is amazing. The staff is so friendly and the agents are very knowledgeable. They are attentive to all their clients. If you are looking for a property you must go interview them. They know the area well. Buying property can be frustrating, go with a team that can walk you through it with great experience.
