They are charging $600 expire fee for a unit that has not been sold.
I reached out to an agent a few weeks ago who worked with my family a few years ago because I thought it would be a great fit. She is super nice and bubbly, but she dropped us today with no warning. We had 5 showings for this evening, and we were really looking forward to it. We even mentioned putting in a potential offer today!
