I've been renting a house for 6 years and my landlord goes through century 21 east lake. My a.c. went out today on a Saturday at 7 pm. It's 83 degrees in my home I have 2 small children. I called their so called "emergency maintenance" and was told the company they send out doesn't do night calls so we will have to wait til tomorrow and the company will call. So it's nice to know that a renter of 6 years with perfect payment history gets treated like crap and now has to sweat it out while they don't care!!!!!!

Hello Christina, I am so sorry your A/C went out and certainly understand with the heat we have been experiencing this would be very upsetting to you. We received your call at 8:00 pm on Saturday evening and am happy to report you were back up and running by noon on Sunday. We appreciate your tenancy with us and would never treat you or any of our tenants like "crap".
I will never deal with these people when it come to rent. They are only company that robbed me. I still regret that i didn’t take them to court.
