Hi, I would want to share my horrible experience with Jack Wong. I moved in as Tenant to one of the property he manages in Toronto downtown in 2022. Everything went good, till the time we didnt give a notice this year. As soon as in March we gave a notice for 60days (which was as per the Lease agreement we signed when we moved in) , he acknowledged it saying he will visit to get pictures and extra keys for showings.
