What a shame! – I used to love going to Century 21, but now since they have discontinued their plus size department, I will no longer shop at this store. Too bad, because the handbags, shoes, children's clothes and lingerie departments are great. But, since they no longer obviously care about me, their loyal customer, I will not spend my hard-earned money at this store. Bye, bye Century 21, it was good while it lasted.
C21 Shopping – Great place for that one (or couple) bargain if you’re there at the right time, first come first serve. Expect crowds & merchandise mishandled as time passes while on the floor! No specific time or day when merchandise will be receive & added to the floor, primarily a guess when items will be in stock & on the sales floor. Incredible Bargains! Great Store! – We found a prom dress for 70% off the department store price. We were very happy with the selection in all departments and even more happy with the prices. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely shop at this store again. Already planning a fall trip to look for homecoming dresses. good place for cheaper clothes – i know that more then half of the people who shop at century 21 are tourists, and so i would recommend it to them because they seem to think everything here is really cheap (especially the europeans), but if you want to get some designer clothes for a cheaper price there is a chance century 21 will have them but i would prefer stores like loehmanns or daffys or tjmaxx because its calmer and things are better organized in general everything here is a mess, its a wild mob of people, you have to... read more
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE – This store is like a zoo. Sometimes you can find real good deal here. If you look for a neat, clean place with good customer service, stay away from this place. I think the management should work on how to train people who work there (especially cashiers and store managers there) to have better customer service. century 21 genious for uk shoppers – I love this shop when ever I come to nyc its one of the forst places I visit. infact the only thing i can complain about, and that isnt even a real complaint is the fact that the shop is busy. As it is such a good shop with fabulas bargains who can blame people. again cant wait to get back.
Great for women's designer clothes as well as bedsheets and bath towels – I like Century 21 for their women's designer department, and their bath/bedding departments. For the women's designer clothes, everything is really packed in there. You never know what you will find. If you have a good eye for fabric, and tailoring, then you will do well there. CENTURY 21 DEPT STORE RETURN POLICY STINKS – As a Christmas gift, I bought a $200 Century 21 gift card for my mom but it turns out she wants something else at another store altogether.
