1ST AND LAST COMPANY I'LL EVER RENT FROM!!!! Windows blew in right after my children and I moved in; they screwed them shut. Window broke on the front door they screwed a storm door pane of glass to it. Now I'm supposed to pay to have it fixed after we moved out a year later. I'm a single mom of 3, paid all my bills on time Rent Trash Water Sewer ect... Century 21 on route 30 took portions of my security deposits for sewer and ridiculous fees, DO NOT TRUST THEM, they will be kind and helpful in the beginning then make reasons to take YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!!!
I too own a condo, where as my condo fees go to wades pocket book. Never trust tbis place...owner wears a tupay......many neighbors and i selling. Stay away from Century 21 dale. On rt. 30
