BEWARE! My wife and I utilized Ashley Griffin as our realtor, for the purchase of a new construction home. BIG MISTAKE! Through no fault of our own, the real-estate transaction was not completed. UNBELIEVABLY, Ashley threatened to come after my wife and I for her compensation, even though the transactions failure was due to the builder.
