We worked with Linda Muraski and had a great experience: there were a lot of repair issues with the house (older home), none of which were deal breakers, but all of which required negotiations. She worked closely with the seller's agent and the bank to make sure everything went through smoothly: it was great to have her on our side.
Please DO NOT go through this company, they will be VERY nice in the beginning but as soon as they have what they want from you, you will NEVER get ahold of your realtor! Very pushy and very inconsistent! The realtor’s name is Linda Muraski ,Do yourself a favor and never deal with these people!
We worked with Gary Pruitt to sell our gas station, and had the worst experience. He was not timely, often taking up to two days to get back to us after calling/texting him. He was not organized and lacked basic communication skills. His negotiation skills were terrible when we brought him along to chat with a potential buyer. When given feedback, he denied he was doing anything wrong, was incredibly rude, and accepted no accountability. I had to call the Realtor, Linda to finally get him out of our sale.
