I was allowed to move into a property in this filthy condition. If someone pays a deposit and doesn’t abide by their responsibilities in their lease isn’t the deposit to fix these things before the next tenant moves in? Not to mention horrible paint jobs and half a** repairs.

We can't thank Randi Stover enough, for finding us our forever home! She was patient with us and listened carefully to our wishes of what we wanted, when selecting houses to view. She worked with us as we were traveling across the country, kept in touch with us and answered any and all questions we had during the process and even after. AWFUL realtors. They ignored every single one of our maintenance requests when we lived there, and then charged us for 1/2 of them when we moved out. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
