Horrible agency. The real estate agent Francisco Centeno was a very unprofessional agent. Made false claims of approval without any knowledge of being approved. Waited until last minute to let me know if I was approved. I highly recommend finding a different sales agent
Definitivamente muy mala experiencia con Gregorio Henriques! El tiempo que estuve rentada se tardaba demasiado para enviar una supuesta orden al Handyman y podrían pasar hasta 3 semanas o un mes para reparar las cosas! Y al final cuando termino mi contrato decide debitarme un dinero que obviamente no tenía razón ya que le entregué el apartamento en excelente estado y limpio, cosa que él al entregarme el apartamento era todo lo contrario!
I contacted Daniel the agent after the sale. The firm made a huge pay day off the commercial sale. They have terrible follow through once the sale has been completed. Go elsewhere and have better peace of mind. They ask for a positive reviewsex once sale has been closed for both parties. I like how they have their review platform aligned . They look good online but the game played is real and once commission is received they drop ball and literally disappear
