It seems as if this company is a fraud . Had applied and gave all my information and never heard back from anyone as they made it seem that my application was going through smoothly ....Spoke to manager Linda who assured I would get a call back on a update and never received anything mind you I gave bank statements, social , references.... and nothing ....
have been to this broker in March 2019, awful customer services and the agent is lack of knowledge. We are family of 4 looking to rent a house in the area, leaving a message on zillow to the listing agent. But this broker firm transfer our inquiries to other agent after 3 weeks later. And the house we were intended to lease was gone. When we talked to the agent, he seems doesn't know what he is doing. Don't waste your time in this century 21 broker. they are not even CARE of their client.
Xander and Jessica are good partners. they are reliable and knowledgeable about the area, have much experience, they know very well about the house price and how to sell it in the market. they sold my house in one week with a good price, nice team work, high efficiency, highly recommend to my friends.
