Great customer service
The worst rental management company, mean heartless people. The fridge never worked and they never even looked at it , they just said to get one installed in the garage completely at my expense. They charge you things when you leave, that under Colorado law are the Landlords responsibility $410 for washing a basement carpet that we had professionally washed as we left, $5002 five thousand for paint and another $646 for unspecified damages . Would not recommend it to anyone.
if i could 0 stars. horrible people to rent from! employees are rude, inconsiderate. the new manager is stuck up! charging people more for rent when it’s not worth it! i would not recommend
I would give them no stars if I could. They should be investigated for there negligence as a landlord. They leave their renters without cooling in 90-100 degree weather. There are renters with kitchen with sinks backing up for days so not only is everything in the apartment damaged but the hallway everybody walks through is now damaged and smells worse than it already did (carpet already smelled like cat pee). We thought it was gonna be great living here a couple years later and I don’t like this place they neglect heating services when you call they just either leave you on hold or tell you that they can’t help you we have multiple cars taking up spots that I know don’t live here we’ve had explosions happen 2 doors down almost burned the upper level of the apartments and cap rock didn’t address it whatsoever to the other tenants they notify you either same day or months away we have construction on a neighboring building and all ... read more
