Don’t rent from here. The place was unsanitary and had bugs, with dirty dishes left behind from previous tenants. The lease was filled with unnecessary fees and other garbage. Management consistently ignores phone calls and emails. The rooms reek of smoke, and there’s much more wrong… stay away.
I recently toured the apartments at 2915 Orchard Avenue ( Bass Apartments) and was very disappointed. The property is not actually managed by the people on site, and it shows—the units are not well cared for, and they look nothing like the photos advertised online. In fact, the pictures appear to be AI-generated and do not reflect the real condition of the apartments. Another misleading detail is the listed amenities. The lady was very rude. She had no answers to any questions and really did'nt give a us a good answer on who to talk to. A 1 rating is to high.
Keep in mind that the default 1 star minimum is actually keeping their rating artificially higher. Zero stars would be everywhere, and they would look even worse. Keep in mind that they don’t even bother defending themselves on here. What does that tell you? That everything that they do is completely unapologetic. The $75 application fee is outrageous. $30-50 is normal. They just take more of your money simply because they can. This is just the beginning of the fees too.
