I was promised that the studio apartment would be cleaned before I moved in but it wasn't. There was trash and dirt in the kitchen, the living room floor was stick and there was a dead mouse in the bathroom. Cleaning a new place is something I normally do and it doesn't bother me. But the dead mouse was crossing that line. Now, I am done cleaning, me and my son are moved in and we are happy.
The lady who showed us places was nice, but don't listen if they say they can work with your bad credit. They can not even if you can prove the stuff on your credit has been addressed and fixed. Look less than 2 hours to be denied after having this conversation with them.
