DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE DONT DO IT. Thought my issue was with my landlord who they don't like working with and told me as such. Nope, they're really trying to kill me and my dogs this weekend. If they say the utility is included, don't believe them. They will sign you up for utilities illegally. They said they would clean my unit, they did not. If I could choose no star that’s what I would do. If you are a home owner thinking about renting out your house DO NOT use these people. I have called six times in a month regarding their homeowners fence that is leaning. Their maintenance man confirmed the posts are rotted 12 days ago and yet no one has been put to repair it. They don’t answer their phone anymore and they don’t return voicemails. EXTREMELY unprofessional group.
