We rented through Bundesen Property Management for one year. While the property itself was great, our experience with the management company was frustrating. STAY AWAY. Horrible communication. Incompetent employees. I had to instruct the manager how to send a PDF from her phone. She's a real estate manager. How do you not know how to do that. 1 month in I had a request to hire an electrician. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a property manager with Sandy Curtis. We showed up on time and were literally parked outside, only to later be told she was “waiting for us” while picking weeds. Not only did she never call or communicate where she was, but she also made it seem like we were the issue—which is completely unacceptable. We never even got to see the house.
