I am a current tenant at one of their Petaluma properties and hesitate to post this out of fear of repercussion, but it must be said: AVOID this company. No one is in charge. They are all independent contractors who do less than the bare minimum. Laundry list of problems starting with my application and going into my first month. We rented through Bundesen Property Management for one year. While the property itself was great, our experience with the management company was frustrating. Interactions with the property owners which were always included Bundesen's Sandy Curtis, often left us feeling like very minor issues were treated as major problems. STAY AWAY. Horrible communication. Incompetent employees. I had to instruct the manager how to send a PDF from her phone. She's a real estate manager. How do you not know how to do that. 1 month in I had a request to hire an electrician. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a property manager with Sandy Curtis. We showed up on time and were literally parked outside, only to later be told she was “waiting for us” while picking weeds. Not only did she never call or communicate where she was, but she also made it seem like we were the issue—which is completely unacceptable. We never even got to see the house.
