In the process of filing an ethics complaint with Louisiana realtor ethics commission, the Louisiana Attorney General and other consumer and government agencies, against broker Mike Bono, and realtor's, Charlotte Curran and Lori Kascak. I'm a home buyer and I used them to represent me as a dual agent when I purchased my home. Never use a dual agent. I would give a zero stars if I could. The agent was negligent and she lied on several occasions. She negatively impacted my interest rate by not providing me with an executed contract (seller signed in wrong spot and she did not catch nor correct.) She stated seller signed other documents but seller admitted he did not sign it. She was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. More importantly, I contacted Mike Bono to complain about Ms. Watkins but he did not seem interested. The seller also complained. I tried to let this g... read more
