DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!!! The rental coordinator is related to the broker, so her incompetence and bitchy attitude will never get her fired!! DON'T LET THEM MANAGE EITHER, THEY ARE THIEVES!! They have terrible reviews from the BBB as well, as they have been reported MULTIPLE TIMES... Fran is HORRIBLE!!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE LOOKING MAN SHE IS.... NEVER RENT FROM THEM!!!
when you read the other negative reviews you are reading correctly. this century 21 birchwood international branch is the worst management company. they are nasty, sneaky and greedy!!! when I get out of this contract, i will NEVER get stuck with them again. i STRONGLY advise managing yourself if you're a landlord & STRONGLY advise not to be a tenant managed by these people. they are related and do not care about anything except themselves and money. i wish i didn't have to write bad reviews but i tell it like it is, good or ... read more
