We entered an dual agency relationship with Danchun Reed and Century 21 Beachside Upland on October 30, 2018 and made a huge mistake when doing so. Danchun made many mistakes as our fiduciary/agent and showed bias towards the sellers. Throughout the transaction, we felt as if we had no representation and that her priority and loyalty was towards the sellers. She was very difficult to work with.
