Domenic Carini (Realtor / DRE LIC. #02237121) messaged me about possibly selling my home. After a quick google search showed that he very publicly supports Trump, I let him know I wasn't interested. He replied in a way that is unfortunately expected, but absolutely unprofessional. Maybe this is how all C21 agents are, but I wouldn't feel comfortable letting this person in my home or represent me in a sales process.
I had a chance to have business with the buyer whose agent was Jane Hou, a Century 21 Award realtor. I found Jane was unable to keep the buyer's info or request to be honest, which would fooled the other party because we thought Jane had done her due diligence. It is a really bad experience.
John F. was my realtor. He did the online forms and agents and interested prospective buyers came and I eventually sold my home, BUT I did most of the work ! I hardly ever saw him, and he did very little. I feel he earned only 1/4 of what he was paid. I was very disappointed with the process, and am very glad its over. He should pay me back the other 3/4 that I worked so hard for.
