I bought a house with Sonia at Century 21 Arizona Foothills. I was buying when the housing market is crazy in AZ, but I was able to buy a house that I liked at the first offer. Sonia was very knowledgeable in how we should make an offer and especially the right offer amount. It turned out I paid like all the others did, and I was able to buy one really quick. Sonia is aggressive and professional when handling business, and that made our experience much smoother. Will definitely work with them again.

As a first time home seller, this is not at all what I was hoping for. My house has sat on the market for 131 days, when the average in Gilbert is currently 36 days. It is currently listed more than $25,000 under the price that our neighbor's house sold for with the same floor plan in under a week.
