STAY AWAY..they do not care about you...from the rental office to the sales office. I went to Cent21 The Edge and they took care of me. I found out that in 2012 The Edge recieved 11 Service awards....APD recieved ZERO. I know why...they dont care
The worst property manager ever. Just stay away. I have a house in El Paso. I am living in another city. I hired Linda Madrid to manage my property. They charged me $100 for cleaning the house and $90 for yard cleaning. When I checked the house myself after 2 weeks of the "cleaning", I see that nothing was cleaned in the house. The cleaning guy has the same last name with Linda. They think that I would not go and check the house. They were trying to take advantage of my being out of city. Just stay away. I was looking for a rental home and the home I was looking at got rented, I had been in contact with the Realtor Linda Madrid and she made me aware of other homes that were available. I found a home in just a couple of days and got approved the same day I submitted an application. The service I got was fast and curtiuos. I am in the military and I was tired of staying in a hotel I was so happy to get a home so fast. I recommend them to any one looking to rent a property.
Century 21 APD El Paso Liberty Townhomes – 1st I would like to say the Liberty townhomes were great. This review is about Century 21. I gave a 600 dollar deposit before i moved in. I moved into the townhome in Dec and actually started staying with my ex husband the following month because I had surgery and needed in home care. Needless to say I moved out in May with maybe a total of 1 one of living in the townhome. Best real estate company in el paso – Had a wonderful experence with Century 21 APD , from the time that I rented a home for over a year to the time that they helped me purshasing a new home. I was devestated when I was told I had to vacate the home I was renting, in this market where rentals are continuing to rise on prices I thought I was not going to be able to find a new place to live in. Property Management – I listed my home for rent in the Northeast area of town. We listed the house a couple of weeks prior to actually vacating the home, they came out quickly and placed a sign and a lock box on the home, and took plenty of pictures. They listed my house on the MLS and AHRN right away, and got several leads. They were able to find us a renter right after we moved out at the rent amount we wanted. Unresponsive and uncaring – I was once an agent with C21APD and thought highly of them. I knew that their property management was run separate. I moved to Oklahoma last year so I contracted them to handle the property management. They found a tenant and took over and it really annoyed me that they would never return calls and never reply to emails. Century 21 APD --Just don't care !! – I have a home that is being rented by them -- waiting to go back to El Paso so I can personally break the contract I have w/them and find a REAL company to rent out my home !! They do not communicate with the home owner or the tenant. Everything is kinda last minute,and they expect us to understand?! I will be putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!! They need to take their business serious and stop promising services they are not commited to make !!
