I enrolled in the evening class with Mrs. Charlotte and can say she is a great teacher who truly cares to help us all understand the material. All the students in class were so kind and willing to help and coordinate study groups. I highly recommend attending if this is what you want to do. 🙌🏾
Beyond amazing experience! The instructor, Charlotte Bentley, was absolutely great knowledgeable, engaging, and very helpful throughout the process. The facility is clean, well-kept, and very welcoming. I usually take online classes, but I came in today for fingerprinting and was impressed by how many resources they offer on-site. I’m honestly in love with this place 10/10, highly recommend to anyone just starting out in real estate!
The class is relaxed yet informative. The instructor is friendly and in each class we go page by page of the book while he explains real world examples. I feel confident I will pass the state exams. Update: I passed both the National & State exams & have applied for my realtor license!
