Absolutely terrible place. The staff js rude and lazy as hell. They have had my application for a week tomorrow claim they havent got this and thst back. Being where I owned my home it shouldnt be a problem. Richard/eric whatever his name is, rude, lazy and gives erong information. Kate couldnt do her job with her hands right infront of her. I am un happy with the performance of the Agent that represents century 21 that I am now stuck with. He was very good at communicaiting when he was trying to list the house now not so much. He seems to always be "busy" He had a worn out sign installed in my yard that makes my house look like its been on the market forever. Agents name is Scott F
Lifesavers!!! We were moving to the area with a deadline of a week and a half! We were promised we'd find a rental and be well taken care of by a previous realtor who had rescheduled us twice, wasn't prepared at all and basically left us up the creek. At 4pm that same day we found this location. Before we even arrived, Deborah and Phillip had dozens of locations pulled up and ready to view. Went in on a Saturday and told them we were looking to rent and needed to have a lease signed in two weeks. Sandi Moore was very nice and helpful. We told her exactly what we wanted. She said that since we have a German Shepard pup that it will be difficult for us to find a rental house, which we already knew, but she said that she would call around on properties we would like to see and try to convince the property manager to let us have our puppy and rent from them.
