I suggest not having Frances Charles-Vanhorne as your realtor. She's unprofessional in handling customers due to the fact that if she can't find something for you, you will never hear from her again. You pretty much have to chase her to get updates
Although I can not (and would not) speak about anyone else at this agency except the individual that my realtor was dealing with (in fairness to all other agents) I can say that my particular attempted purchase with the agent from this office was the most unprofessionally handled by a seemingly incompetant, unresponsive, ethically-challenged agent, to put it bluntly and as nicely as possible, business transaction that I've ever been involved in. Just my opinion and review, of course, but it needs to be known. Thank you.
