Wish I could give them negative 5 stars. So I sold my flooded condo in between the hurricanes and was looking to rent for the first time in 20 years and wanted to go with a national company and not some owner. I found a place on Riverwalk listed through this branch. I specifically asked about flooding during the hurricanes since the river is right across the street. Working with Tim and Heather was a great experience. They worked hard and quickly on getting our home rented out and when something occurred at the residence they were on top of getting it taken care of.
Totally useless agents, Heather anderson and Stephen . Do not call you back. Afraid to give answers. Very new agents. Told us property had application but we could still apply, just looking to take Money. Shame on their broker Patricia
I rented a property that was managed by this office last year. The agent that handled my property, Heather Andersen, is probably the rudest and least helpful realtor I have ever had the displeasure of working with. When I came to repairs or issues she and her team were unresponsive and neglectful. It got even worse when we were ready to move out.
