I rented a condo from a woman who represented herself as a Century 21 agent in the fall of 2009. She in fact was not a licensed real estate agent. Her husband was, and she was allowed to work in the office, and have access to their files and templates. By spring of 2010, it was clear I had made a horrible mistake.
