Our experience with Erica Guelinas was one of the worst and I wouldn't recommend her to my worse enemy. From start to finish the whole thing was horrible. I asked her to mention that my house had a brand new roof, hot water heater and air conditioner. Very important things when looking at homes one would think. Did she, no. I asked her over and over again. Over 25 people came through my home in 10 days and the day I received an offer was the day I left that info out on my kitchen table for people to see.
