David Shelton was tenacious, positive and uplifting even when we were ready to cave and drop our price to sell. He also did his homework and found us our dream home to turn around and buy. He went to bat for us, he just wasn't positive, he was standing in the gap.
David Shelton helped us in many ways. Went above and beyond what a real estate agent normally does. David was very thorough, and gave many good suggestions.
