We have never dealt with someone as lacking in accountability and self-awareness as David Shelton. He is quick to take your money, but just as quick to leave you hanging with empty promises, excuses, and false assurances - everyone around us says the same. Zero ownership and NEVER apologizes....not....once. Unprofessional. Avoid him at all costs. David—you’ve earned this review, and it's objective.
We feel very fortunate to have found David Shelton at Century 21. We moved to Sioux Falls from Michigan, and he made it so easy for us. David Shelton was tenacious, positive and uplifting even when we were ready to cave and drop our price to sell. He also did his homework and found us our dream home to turn around and buy. He went to bat for us, he just wasn't positive, he was standing in the gap.
David Shelton helped us in many ways. Went above and beyond what a real estate agent normally does. David was very thorough, and gave many good suggestions. He was very attentive to our needs and our schedule. Would highly recommend him for your real estate needs. He was very fair in the transaction cost and that’s one major item that sellers are concerned about.
