Used Luann Novak to sell a home. Relied on her knowledge of the market, area and pricing. This was our mistake. She listed the house too high, so it sat while others sold. After lowering the price, she urged us to take first low-ball offer. She seemed irritated that we suggested a counter offer. Her advice: "Take the money and run!" Meanwhile this was less than 80% of her original list price. Would not use or recommend her. An overall horrible experience!
Rosalie Dillon and Cynthia Foster went above and beyond to get us in our new home. They are the best!!! Thank you to you both, for all you did for us! I highly recommend both of them. They were there for us through the entire process, they made our transition from North Jersey so smooth! Thank you again
Called to view houses, the woman I spoke to said she would gather some and get back to us. Never heard from them again. Nice business.
