We had a few suggestions for the condo itself. We wrote down all of the improvements and brought it in to your staff and they handled it really well. We shared our concern about the extremely uncomfortable sleeper sofa (we were having two guests coming in to stay with us that same evening), and the staff contacted the owner, sent someone to take pictures and look at the sleeper sofa, and sent a brand-new one out the same day! This was a new home and area to us. It was recommended by the Vacation Rental Staff and they were right. Beautiful home and area. The VR Staff has always been pleasant and terrific.

House is OK. It needs a mid season cleaning. On both of the ocean side bedrooms the carpet by the sliding door wall has mold (the carpet is black). The bedroom with the king bed leaked with the rain. I reported these issues and basically was brushed off stating all houses here have similar issues. We have rented this house three years in a row and this year it had the leak and mold issues. We will rethink renting this house again because of the mold issues

We enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of things we had to get fixed ( tub and hood that covers chimney). Service was quick. The shower liner was extremely dirty. You would think the cleaning service would have cleaned or changed it. Linens and towels was wrapped in plastic., which we appreciated. Peaceful area, friendly people

Your staff there was very friendly and upbeat. I stayed in Sea-Cluded in Serenity Point. This was my first time renting from you and my first time in Serenity Point. I have been coming to different parts of Topsail my entire life every year. The unit was superbly furnished. There was never a time I felt there was something I needed. I really appreciated the fact that linens were standard for the unit. Nice not having to bring my own. The care bag with soaps etc. was a great touch. I now have a new realtor for next year! Very friendly staff! Easy and quick check in process and dog friendly staff! When we arrived, our garbage cans were completely full at no fault of the realty's. I called them and they sent someone to empty all of our garbage cans in just a few hours time. Very accommodating and friendly! Would recommend this realty and their clean cottages!

You did great, but the house could have been a little cleaner and the kitchen utensils and cups were not clean, we had to wash them right away! We had a window pain out completely and had to buy duck tape to fix it before we could notify century 21. The fire alarm downstairs went off and I guess needed a battery, over all it was good!
