Got to check in a little early, that's always a plus also Shipwatch Villas 1315 was as nice as the pictures, already booked it for next year and the receptionist was very polilte and helpful.
We stayed at Beach Mountain Duplex for the second time and loved it! The house and location is great. Our check in was flawless,we even got our key a tiny bit early, loved it! Hope to be back in 2 years, see you then!
Loved the beach, but the place where we stayed, was to dated. The wiring was old, the sink was old, carpet needs pulled up to old. Beds need replaced. The whole place needs complete updating.
This was our second year with century 21 action. Always a great experience and any problems were handled quickly and to greatest approval! Already booked our third year.
I seriously can't believe your agency is refusing to reimburse me $17 for a coffee maker that I had to purchase to replace a broken unit. It was 6:30 AM Sunday morning. Would you really have driven over a replacement unit by 8 AM that same day (the coffee was finally done by 8 after purchasing, cleaning the pot, etc.)? After a long day on the road Saturday, all I wanted was a pot of MY coffee to enjoy on the deck of the house. Staff was friendly but was very disappointed and upset that no one mentioned that the house was listed for sale and that we would be asked to let people see the house while we were there. That was a big oversight and unprofessional. While that was a big deal, everything and everyone else was fine.
Couldn't check in until 5:00pm, then had the worst time getting into the house due to the terrible condition of the locks on the doors. One toilet seat was cracked and pinched when you used it- only toilet on the main floor, of course. House was not swept before we arrived and the floor was quite sandy. Two of the plastic chairs on the front porch had cracked rockers and made loud noises when used. No dish towels at all. We had to use hand towels or buy some and we were not told to bring this, but we're in fact told all... read more
Did just OK, Check in was great but property was not inspected and put in proper shape upon our arrival. Had to call and get outdoor shower fixed on our arrival. That should have been taken care of before arrival. Did not like the having to wait over 45 days to get my damage deposit back. You knew within a few days that we did not damage anything. Why hold MY money for over 45 days!!!! Don't know that I will rent from Century 21 at Topsail again. Have gone to Emerald Isle in the past and the rental agency there was just GREA... read more
