Lobed the location of the house but didn't care for the noise of the birds in the vent of the stove. Also had to deal with ants around the stove top everyday. Not to happy about the way my vehicle was treated in the drive way when the lawn care company came and blew grass all over the side of my car.

Century 21 Action, Inc. was very accommodating and responsive. The property was fabulous, and we had a great week on the ocean!
Very friendly staff! Easy and quick check in process and dog friendly staff! When we arrived, our garbage cans were completely full at no fault of the realty's. I called them and they sent someone to empty all of our garbage cans in just a few hours time. Very accommodating and friendly! Would recommend this realty and their clean cottages!

Loved the beach, but the place where we stayed, was to dated. The wiring was old, the sink was old, carpet needs pulled up to old. Beds need replaced. The whole place needs complete updating.
This was our second year with century 21 action. Always a great experience and any problems were handled quickly and to greatest approval! Already booked our third year.
The Following were awesome reservation staff - (Jessica), check in welcome bag, linens being included, location of the house, and size of the rooms The following were not so great - the shape of the home, not as updated as advertised, Hvac, appliances, couch, and carpet are on their last leg. Decking boards are loose. Terrible - Customer care during the stay. Fridge and freezer went out late afternoon on a Tuesday, not fixed until Thursday morning. Did just OK, Check in was great but property was not inspected and put in proper shape upon our arrival. Had to call and get outdoor shower fixed on our arrival. That should have been taken care of before arrival. Did not like the having to wait over 45 days to get my damage deposit back. You knew within a few days that we did not damage anything. Why hold MY money for over 45 days!!!! Don't know that I will rent from Century 21 at Topsail again. Have gone to Emerald Isle in the past and the rental agency there was just GREA... read more
