Shannon is a wonderful agent. She was so patient with us during our house search. When the right house came along she was helpful when deciding on a fair offer. Once we had a purchase agreement, she was relentlessly pushing our bank to get all the loan paperwork through correctly. Due to a county incentive program we were taking advantage of our bank seemed clueless on how to include it. She suggested a great abstract company and dealt with all that it involved. We still consider her our friend now(two years later).
Shannon was very helpful when buying my home. She walked me through every process. She actually did everything all I had to do was sign the papers. Shannon also sold one of my properties for me.
