I was a former tenant and was forced to move because of the lack safe conditions. When they took over the complex it was a learning curve. We had to ask them if we still had trash pickup as the dumpster had not been emptied for several weeks. Turns out they did not put the bill in their name and therefore no pickup until they did. As well as the common electricity was turned off as well for same reason. One would think that they were professional to be aware of things like that. After that it was okay.
