Unprofessional company. Charged me last months rent when last months rent was already paid. Bounced my bank account got charged fees. Don’t reply to emails or phone calls. Sent me emails for 6 months asking for rent when rent automatically comes out on the first. I don’t know who works at head office or who’s in charge of automatic payments but you guys are a bunch of unprofessional people. So glad I’m moving!
Not too sure what’s going on with these reviews about bed bugs and such. I’ve been living here for 4 years now and haven’t had any issues regarding this. Building management has been great so far. Jasmine is amazing and is always available, she is also knowledgeable and understanding. We did have an issue with a roof leak when we first arrived, they fixed it right away and kept us accommodated comfortably. Apartments are large with ample space and storage. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a place to call home.
