This is the worst company my AC went out in the middle of summer we live in Las Vegas it’s considered an emergency they are saying it can take up to 48 hours to even respond to the repair… I have 4 kids and can’t afford to go stay in a hotel
Their policy is you will receive your deposit refund in thirty days. I waited a few weeks longer than thirty days. They visit every six months to take photos and evaluate the condition of the rental property. They arrived an hour early, and I was out. Called to ask me to return early, and charged me a $60 no-show fee for not accommodating them.
We rented a house for 7 years of which, 4 was with this company after our property manager/ realtor Owners Property mgmt. went out of business. This company is horrible and is only out to screw the renter, we went weeks without a refrigerator, dishwasher and other appliances after the owner got insurance on their 20 year old appliances. And we had to wait for repairs. They charged us $100 for every maintenance issue, even though our lease stated we only had to pay $100 in any one month.
