Dr. Szuszczewicz is not Dr. for me. Long wait times, medical assistant doesn't return calls for 8 or 10 days even with leaving several messages every few days. Everything is time consuming, disorganized and an ordeal. Doesn't seem to have any exceptional skills to overcome this poor experience.
Dr. Szuszczewicz – I was very disapointed with this doctor. His mistake almost cost me my hip and life. The front desk was very friendly but that si where it ended. The medical assistant did not return any of my phone calls and made me feel like a burden. The doctor assured me that I would be fine as he does replacements all the time, I even saw him on the television. I recieved a massive infection in my hip after the replacemnt which led to a revision. I am a very healthy person and should not have had this infection. After... read more
Unorganzied and Rude – Unorganized and rude. I have been trying to see an orthopedic surgeon for my herniated discs and spinal stenosis. They won't just see me since I an self pay- they will have to review my case first and then decide if they will take it. No problem I thought. I gave them my information in July while seeing them for a broken ankle. Waited and waited for an answer so I decided to call them. Was told they were not taking any new back patients. BEST DOCTORS AND CUSTOMER SERVICES ANYWHERE – I WOULD RECOMMEND FRONT RANGE TO ANYONE HAVING A TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT, I HAD ONE IN DEC., OF 07 AND AM GETTING READY TO HAVE MY OTHER ON IN 3 DAYS (MAY 08) i WOULDN'T LET ANYONE ELSE DO IT!
