Misplaced a check for overpayment That I made . Check was void after 90 days. Returned it with a letter . Never did receive a replacement check even after several inquiry letters and phone calls . SCAM

Parker Adventist nurses and staff in the emergency room are not taking very many precautions or following protocol to be safe during this pandemic. I went to the ER tonight with my uncle and the triage room wasn't sanitized between patients, and the nurse that did his ivy only put one glove on but still touched everything with her bare hand. The tray she grabbed to put all the equipment on wasn't sanitized either. They told me my insurance would cover a flu shot and that I wouldn't pay a penny. I received a flu shot ($25 market value) and was given a $480 bill. A direct violation of Colorado Deceptive Trade Practice laws. This is a criminal enterprise, do not fall into their trap!

I needed FMLA paperwork filled out. So I scheduled an appointment, which had to be a virtual appointment due to Covid. The paperwork with the dr was filled out and there were no problems. I was advised to come and pick the paperwork up the next Monday. I work until 4pm, so I asked to make sure it would be ok that I stop by at 4:30 and was assured that would be fine. If only there was a half star or no star option. I am writing about a complete breakdown of communication and care with the Mental Health aspect of Centura Health - Porter Adventist Hospital. After multiple inquiries and confirmations with my own medical team I made an intake appointment for DBT services. I received confirmation emails and such confirming my intent and interests. DO NOT USE Centura healthcare. They are the hugest medical scam I've ever experienced. I went to a Centura urgent care after breaking my wrist while snowboarding in Colordao. I had an x-ray and an orthopedist put a splint on my arm - no surgery. I spent about one hour in the facility. I paid my $80 copay and another $100 copay for the physician. A few months later, I got a bill for $1,500 which was reduced to $750 with insurance. I spoke with several representatives who would not lower my bill. They recommended financial aid... read more

Got a $600 charge for a 15 minute wellness exam. Apparently if you mention any health issues or concerns or answer the question of "How are you feeling?" and your answer isn't exactly "Good, no issues whatsoever." you will get billed twice as much. Whats really sad is this form of practice will stop people from getting the help they need and sharing with their doctor vital information. Beyond disappointed in Sarah ******* and the Centura Health team, companies that function like this should not be licensed.
