I visited this location for an ear checkup. The questionnaire was ridiculous to start with. When I finally get brought back the nurses and Dr. Nelson are both rushed to push me out the door. They do not provide me with the results of my audiology examination. Then after months pass, i receive a bill for an additional 200$ from the doctor, and an additional 200$ bill from another doctor I did not even see. This is a scam location with false reviews,avoid this location a different care office
The clinic was able to get me in quickly to see Dr Michael. During the visit, the prescriber seemed rushed and pushed me out the door while we were still talking. He sent the order in for an MRI which I completed a few days later. During this time, I started experiencing severe pain and called the clinic to discuss options (braces, crutches, meds).
