Had to take my youngest son in, he poked his eye with a toy. Staff was very nice and patient with my baby. No waiting.
The doctor came in with a raised hostile tone with her first question asking why my mom even came here which turned into beratment essentially telling us that she shouldn't have come to the urgent care even though my mom's doctor told her today to come to this urgent care. Didn't even ask to look at my mom's allergic reactions which were covered by her clothes before being hostile and beratting. She was insulting and called my mom a baby.
