Avoid Centura. I started seeing a doctor there in 2020 for only 2 months. She wanted to see me every other week. I quit after I got my first two bills. Their costs by item are way over national averages. Insurance won't pay those rates, so the remaining gets billed to the patient. The also unethically unbundle medical codes to get the most money out of you and your insurance as they can. If you have to go here, get their rates up front by item and compare it. Great attention given to my problem. Everyone is personable and well-trained. Couldn’t have had a better experience
Most of the folks are decent people. Some of the receptionist sure are hung up on these mask though. A good portion of the folks working here aren't wearing a mask, but for some reason all there paying customers are required too. Doesn't make any sense.
