We found the main drain pipe leaking in our basement. Paul stopped by the next day. Scheduled a repair for the following day. Then Jason and Anthony showed up early. They got to work replacing the drain pipe. They were nice, professional and efficient. They also cleaned up. Explained what they wanted to do and took us thru it again when they were done. Had dryer vent hose replaced less than two years ago. Hose has come lose and they will not repair it because of one year warranty. Was never told about warranty nor is warranty mentioned on any of my paperwork. Called five times before I got a call back. Very unhappy with Centrum.i
God bless Jim, Pat & Lex!!! They replaced my 38 year old boiler and Jim & Pat spent 12 hours here onsite making sure everything was running properly in 18 degree weather. Lex had to leave to help other customers mid day, which is highly commendable. I highly recommend this company!!! Jim & Pat did not leave until my new boiler was running properly and all my water temperatures were good as well as heat in all rooms were up to par.
