If I could leave 0 stars I would. I just recently switched providers so I was a new patient here at centrum health and It is the most unorganized and unprofessional facility I have ever been to. Apparently all appointments have to be made through their “call center” and the call center does a terrible job at communicating with the office which leads to a lot of hiccups with patient care. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I am finding a new PCP immediately because I refuse to be a patient at centrum health.

All the staff were very friendly from the moment you enter until you leave. The doctor was very attentive and listened to me without rushing, exactly what one looks for in a clinic. Clinic very clean, no complains at all.
They will hold faced lie to you. Be prepared when you call for them to try to waste your time and test your patience to get off the phone. Tell them "I'm not leaving until I make my appointment" and suddenly they'll start doing their job. Other reviews on Google says the staff is nice and welcoming once you actually get in.
