SO NO THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT NOR IS THIS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WHEN TRUSTING IN A DOCTORS OFFICE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
I did not go. I gave up trying to navigate their website to make an appointment at the location closest to me.
I thought they’d get better with time. Dr. Khan is a doll but dealing with this office is not worth any of your time. I have been requesting referrals for the past month have not received them. There is no direct access to the dr office. When you do get In touch the staff is rude. You absolutely must doublecheck that the referrals they send to you are in network providers. Stay away fr Dr. Khan. I saw this doctor after Centrum cancelled 2 consecutive appointments (with Buckner and then Mesquite). I was told this clinic was only 11 miles from my house and it was not. I was scheduled for a yearly PHYSICAL. I refused to answer questionaires about emotional and mental health bec these questionnaires were out of place for a PHYSICAL.
