Worst service. Waited all day for a telahealth visit. Sat on video chat twice for over an hour. No one was apologetic and blamed me. Very different than two years ago.
Poor customer service from call center employees. Nothing ever goes right with scheduling and processing paperwork through administration. I have anxiety and I am the most anxious I have been not having my needs met in a timely manner on several occasions. My time and health coverage are limited to who can provide me medical care so I am stuck until I get coverage that offers more coverage with other medical providers 😪.
Yesterday, I visited Centrum Medical for treatment. The doctors and medical staff were highly knowledgeable, caring, and professional. The treatment process was smooth, and the team provided excellent support throughout the visit. The hospital was clean, well-organized, and focused on patient care. Don't go here if you are actively looking for health care. They provide referrals to specialists. That's it. Save your money and your time, because you will be charged for the visit, denied basic diagnostic testing, and told to wait weeks or longer for a referral. This is regardless of insurance status. So, if you are paying tens of thousands of dollars for insurance, like me, you will not be able to get an EKG or a basic blood test. I was rushed to the ER by ambulance after losing consciousness.
