I would not live here again. They’ll nickel and dime you on everything and don’t care about what residents want. The price of these apartments is in no way worth what you’ll pay, especially since they’re doubling utility charges going forward with zero new benefit. You’ll also consistently have no AC and no heat because the HVAC breaks all the time.

Do not live here. The HVAC is constantly broken and there’s almost no effort made to fix it, resulting in weeks without heat in winter and AC in summer. They’re also removing trash chutes for no reason and instead forcing everyone into using a new, expensive trash service and doubling overall monthly utility costs (with zero new benefits or upgrades). The management office is simply incapable. Think twice before deciding whether you want to move here. There were so many issues that were handled poorly by the management team when I lived there for 2 years (no heat with zero manager response during negative degrees, missing packages, no security protocols for the entrance, and more)
