There's a reason why there are so many open units. If you're considering this place, I would go elsewhere with your money. We lived here for a year and left as soon as we can. Our experience: 1) Floorplan misrepresentation: When we signed our lease, the floorplan we were shown did not match what we actually received. I lived here for a year and we loved it. The place is clean, quiet, and as advertised. The manager, Mike, is very attentive. Probably the best apartment management I've ever had.
I would not live here again. They’ll nickel and dime you on everything and don’t care about what residents want. The price of these apartments is in no way worth what you’ll pay, especially since they’re doubling utility charges going forward with zero new benefit. You’ll also consistently have no AC and no heat because the HVAC breaks all the time.
