Mike, the building manager, is super responsive, committed, and willing to provide the best experiences for all the tenants. Highly recommend the building!
Mike, the building manager is amazing and incredibly responsive! Though I moved out of the building over a year and a half ago, when I accidentally sent a package to this address instead of my current address in California, Mike was sympathetic and very helpful. I sent an email to the general building email address in the hopes they would be able to forward me the package. Mike got back to me within the day and then proceeded to work with me as we determined the best way to forward the package. This would have never happened... read more
New management under Mike has been terrific. He shows care for the residents and has made some notable upgrades to the living experience. Building is well situated in downtown Evanston with convenient transport access and units that are quite spacious relative to alternatives
