The pizza was excellent. We also had a house salad, the dressing had a lot of vinegar and could have used a little more toppings with the lettuce. Excellent service too!

Disappointed in Centro Pizzeria 9/10. we elected to sit outside as it was a beautiful day. Usually Centro is right on it must have been an off day, they were not even that busy. We ordered a salad & it was so wet like they washed the lettuce & didn't dry it. Then we waited almost an hour for the pizza, Service was so slow. when we inquired what was taking so long Waitress said they were short in the kitchen only had 3 cooks on, no excuse it doesn't take that long to wood fire a pizza.

The pizza is outstanding and they had no problem with my gluten free crust request. I had a Margherita pizza. Our waitress (Kanyon) took the time to explain the toppings and she made good suggestions.The pizza is wood fired so it is charred on the edges. This is actually a treat because the crust is crisp. I even had a gluten free cider. Great service and delicious pizza. My husband had the regular crust Meat lovers pizza and he said it was the best that he has had. We did our 1st visit to Centro today, sorry we didn't do it sooner. Great Wood fired artesian pizza, fabulous selection of micro beers and service to match, Shelby was awesome! It's a must visit when in Cedar City.

Great place, amazing food and atmosphere. The salads are so good and plenty to share.
