It was so amazing!! Gorgonzola salad, the special pizza, the margarita pizza w/tomatoes & pistachio & SALTED CARAMEL gelato!!! So good. I'm willing to road trip again just for this.
Found it 3 years ago and is still fantastic! Service and food over the top great!

Had the Fennel sausage pizza. Very flavorful! Probably the best tasting pizza in town. Cannot say the same about the edge crust. Too burnt. I would love to try other items on the menu.

Thanks Rebecca for the awesome review. Next time you are in Centro, ask for your pizza to be cooked "blonde". That ensures that the edge crust has less char :)
Yum - crust gets a little soggy so dine in is better than take out but its the best in town either way. Nice atmosphere and beer too!
Centro splits hairs with my top three pizza joints anywhere...I can't say which is the best. McKinners in Littleton, Colorado, Paulie Gee's in Brooklyn, NY, and Centro in Cedar City, Utah. You must never miss the chance to eat here!
